Based on the brand kit crafted together, we found the brand's voice, created engaging content and communicated this to our target audience. Our focus: drive awareness, increase visibility, and foster an authentic community on chosen social platforms.

Real Portuguese Wine approached us after three years in the natural wine industry, seeking assistance in effectively communicating their brand identity in a more consistent matter, through a to-be-found brand voice. With their collaboration, we pinpointed RPW's authentic voice and began engaging directly with the target audience, now in a way that resonated with them and represented the brand.
The idea was to communicate more than just wine offerings, but also the experience and the feeling which the wines bring to the table - the "why" behind the brand.
After laying the foundation, we dove into the transformative phase. First things first, the profiles themselves needed to be optimised and redone for the brand voice recently discovered, this included logo updates, tone adjustments, bio link additions, IG highlight alignment, and bio SEO enhancements.
To properly communicate the brand story, we then proceeded to create a campaign and content calendar. For this we had to keep in mind important dates for the wine industry, sales periods for the company, and general seasonality patterns, and marketing funnel phase focus for the different campaigns. This was subsequently translated into a more visually cohesive content plan.
... means going beyond the campaign and content creation, but also diving into the ongoing management of the social media accounts. For RPW, this includes reputation upkeep, content scheduling, continuous insights gathering, and iterative optimisation.
All of this to achieve an ongoing and continuous improvement of performance, to successfully communicate the essence behind RPW and resonate with the right target audience.
