Cancellation requests must be submitted with at least 30 days notice.

4. Payment
Our payment structure is tailored to the services we provide and the specific requirements of each client.
For ongoing services, we offer monthly retainers, where clients pay a fixed fee on a monthly basis. Alternatively, for project-based work, clients have the option to make a single payment of 60% upfront, with the remaining 40% due upon project completion.
Payments shall be made via IBAN transfer to the provided IBAN number.
5. Termination
We retain the authority to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that your conduct violates these Terms or poses harm to other users of our services or third parties.
6. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
While Confetti takes reasonable care to maintain the accuracy of information on this website, it does not guarantee or affirm that the information is always accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Confetti disclaims liability for any errors or omissions in the information presented on this website and is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from accessing, using, or relying on such information. Additionally, Confetti does not assure uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free use of this website.
