After working with Everest Montanha Algés, an Indian restaurant in Lisbon, for more than 6 months, we decided to shift the focus. Instead of prioritising ads and SEO, we moved towards social media.
Why the change? Everest had already seen progress with SEO, but their social media presence was underdeveloped. This gap presented an opportunity to increase visibility, engagement, and brand credibility online.
HOW WE DID IT /
Our social media marketing agency, began with and audit and strategy. Before posting organically we ran a short follower growth campaign (2-3 weeks) for a stronger base for future engagement.
We also redesigned the feed to look more on-brand, while still having the owner to share videos from big events. To improve performance, we pinned posts to treat the profile like a landing page – ensuring the most important info was immediately visible when running ads.
Since their audience is mostly 35+ years, we just kept one clear link to the website’s reservation page, instead of a LinkTree.
Additionally, we optimised the bio with keywords, a link to the location, and tagged the Zaika Collective group.
Ongoing improvements.
We continue to help Everest with both organic posting and paid campaigns (on and off, on the restaurant’s request).
IMPACT /
380% follower growth
+28% clicks to the reservation page
+248% in profile visits
