Salma, a massage spa in Lisbon, approached us with two main challenges. She was often not fully booked and struggled to connect with the right audience, with her engagement rate falling below 1%. On top of this, she lacked the time and resources to give her marketing the attention it required.

The idea was to use social media to increase bookings, clarify information, and connect with her target audience, as customers sometimes got confused.

HOW WE DID IT /

Bio and pinned posts

Our social media marketing agency enhanced the bio by including the keyword ‘massage spa in Lisbon’ and added a clear CTA encouraging users to book their massage. Additionally, we updated the business category to ‘Massage Therapist’.

For the pinned posts, we focused on answering the most common questions. Since many visitors were confused about the location, we pinned a “how to get to Salma” video, as the massage spa is located inside a hotel. Another pinned post showcased the offered treatments, while the third gave people a glimpse of what it feels like to enjoy a massage at Salma.

We redesigned the feed to reflect Salma’s branding, making it look clean, smooth, and calming – just like the massage experience itself.

To ensure a seamless booking process, we redesigned the Linktree to match Salma’s branding. On top of that, we integrated Fresha, making bookings easy, intuitive, and stress-free – just like a visit to the spa.

We are continuing to refine the social media approach. A giveaway campaign is planned for October to increase followers.
