When working with Real Portuguese Wine, we leveraged their industry knowledge and our marketing expertise. In this case study, our focus primary focuses were to increase awareness, visibility, and build a community. We did that by crafting a brand kit and establishing the brand's voice. This way, we were able to create effective social media campaigns.

Transmitting the RPW message.

After doing well for 3 years in the natural wine business, Real Portuguese Wine was seeking help with their brand identity. Together, we developed a brand voice and spoke in a way that resonated with their audience, revealing their brand's essence.

The goal was to convey more than just wine but also the experience and emotions that their wines evoke—the "why" behind the brand.

Subsequent to setting the groundwork, we moved into the next phase. First, we focused on optimising and updating the profiles to match the newly discovered brand voice. This involved updating the logo, adjusting tones, adding bio links, aligning IG highlights, and enhancing bio SEO.

To effectively tell the brand's story, we then created a campaign and content calendar. We considered important dates in the wine industry, sales periods, seasonal patterns, and marketing funnel phases for different campaigns. Then, we turned this plan into a content schedule that looked good and made sense.
