Royal Spice restaurant goal was to create a loyal community of repeat customers and keep the restaurant consistently full, even during lower seasonality periods. This, therefore, also became our main goal for the restaurant’s social media.

Building a connection

Royal Spice is very popular Indian restaurant in Lisbon with tourists and foreigners in Lisbon, many of whom visit more than once during their trip. However, our social media strategy aims to keep the restaurant busy not just during the tourist season but also by turning locals into repeat customers.

To achieve this, we focused on creating a strong connection between the restaurant, the staff, and the customers through our content and strategy.

EXECUTION /

A complete marketing funnel

After setting the foundation, we moved to the next step. We started by updating the profiles to match the restaurant’s brand. This included refreshing the logo, updating the tone, adding bio links, adding Instagram highlights, and improving bio SEO.

To share the restaurant’s story and build a connection between the staff and customers, we created a content plan and schedule that would see the strategy come to life. The focus was on showcasing the staff, their personalities, the restaurant’s atmosphere, and creating a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out) for those not visiting.

Ongoing improvements.

As the restaurant stays active on social media, the focus will stay the same, and the community will keep growing. Royal Spice also plans to expand to more platforms, like TikTok, to reach a wider audience.

The goal is to improve their social media performance by using multiple platforms. This will help guide customers through the entire marketing funnel with a mix of platforms and paid ads.
