The New Must-Visit Spot

After more than 10 years in the same location, the restaurant moved to a new location outside Algés. Our main goal was to let their current customers know about the move while also attracting new customers in the area, positioning it as a must-visit spot.

To do this, we ran a targeted traffic campaign, helping spread the word and bring more people to the new location.

Leveraging Psychology for Engagement

The core of the campaign was to evoke specific emotions in the audience and leverage key psychological triggers to drive engagement. Among these, social proof and fear of missing out (FOMO) played a crucial role.

By showcasing positive customer experiences, highlighting the restaurant’s longstanding reputation, and emphasising the excitement of a new must-visit spot, we aimed to create a sense of urgency and desirability, encouraging both loyal customers and new visitors to experience the new location firsthand.

On top of that, we developed a reservation system alongside with enhancing the website's UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

As more people discover the restaurant, our focus will shift to increasing reservations and online takeaway orders.

Going forward, we’ll keep improving our campaign, optimising ad creatives and messaging to align with this new strategy.
