With an ad campaign already running on Meta, our social media marketing agency decided that it was important for Atithi to be present not just Instagram, but also on TikTok. Research on the target audience's media habits showed that TikTok was a platform often used by the restaurant’s customers.

A Complete Marketing Funnel
To boost online visibility for this Indian restaurant in Lisbon, we decided to improve social media performance by using multiple platforms. This multi-channel strategy helps move customers through every stage of the marketing funnel, combining both organic content and paid ads.
Our content efforts mainly targeted the top of the marketing funnel, focusing on capturing attention and sparking interest. We used the 3-hook rule to quickly engage new viewers and built trust with behind-the-scenes and storytelling content. To strengthen the connection, we encouraged viewers to visit Instagram for community engagement, ultimately leading them to Atithi’s website or the restaurant for conversion.
