In our advertising campaigns for Atithi Indian Restaurant & Bar, the main goal was to spread the word about the opening of the new Indian restaurant in Lisbon. We also increased their customers, reservations, online orders, and social media followers.
Ran prospecting and retargeting campaigns
Optimised ad targeting
Traffic & sales campaigns, for optimised use of marketing funnel
IDEA /
Moving Atithi from 0 to 1
Since it was an Indian restaurant in Lisbon was just opening, we wanted to start the marketing right away to avoid losing any sales potential and to have the restaurant filled with customers from day one.
To do this, we ran both prospecting and retargeting campaigns to attract as many customers as possible.
EXECUTION /
A complete marketing funnel
After agreeing on the goals and plan, we started with a traffic campaign (prospecting) to reach as many people as possible before - and in the first few weeks of - the opening. The aim was to spread the word and target the right audience.
A few weeks later, we launched a sales campaign, using a retargeting audience, to focus on people who had already shown interest, encouraging them to become customers. This approach helped guide potential customers through the entire marketing funnel using a mix of paid campaign types.
Ongoing improvements.
As the restaurant stays open longer, our focus will change. Going forward, our main goal will be to increase reservations and online takeaway orders.
We will keep improving the campaign, ad designs, and text to support this new strategy.
