Below we provide some useful guidance that will save you some time in helping to establish if we might be a good fit for your business or project. This information is also designed to assist you in clarifying any doubts you may have.

At Confetti, we work on many projects, which differ by size, industry, and service. Not sure if we’re the right fit? We are always happy to have a chat.
The process is quite simple – you just have to provide us with your details by filling out the form on our contact page, and we’ll get the process going.

You will receive two emails – one is a confirmation to let you know we have received your details and the other will fill you in on your date and time for your free call.
As we are very flexible in the budget, we do not have fixed pricing, and most times it depends on the scope of the project to be done and what the customer requires and needs. If you are unsure, we are always happy to have a chat.
Normally project inception means the first interaction with the client; to start a project, an onboarding call should be made with the view to insights data collection. This basically suggests the very first milestone and usually occurs within 1-2 weeks from the date of the signed agreement.
Identifying an average project duration can be rather daunting, as all projects are quite unique in nature. It depends on the scope, industry, client specifications and more.

That being said, an estimate would be between 12 and 14 weeks for a full web design and build project. If we’re looking not on a project basis but retainer basis; then at least 6 months. If these timelines are not compatible with yours, chat with us.
We do not apply the use of templates at Confetti. Every project is different and calls for something different, so a template just wouldn’t let us exceed expectations and achieve great results.

We just want to make sure that you are gratified with the service. If, under whatever circumstance, you did not find it worthwhile, you have an option to cancel the service—but no refund will be made by Confetti.

Cancellation of request must be made not lesser than 30 days in advance.

The format of the payment is based on the structure that our services.

For continuous services, we maintain a monthly retainer fee where we charge a flat running fee per month from a client. For project-based works, the client may be charged 60% in one instalment before the project starts with the promise to clear the remaining 40% on completion.

Payment is to be made by IBAN transfer to the provided IBAN number.
Certainly, we employ security measures to ensure maximum safety for any sensitive information shared with our team.
