After a good 3-year run in the natural wine business, Real Portuguese Wine encountered a growth plateau. In response, we carried out an awareness campaign with meta ads to connect with a broader section of people.
While sales and a positive return on ad spend (ROAS) were desirable, the main focus of the campaign was building brand awareness.

Impactful & creative ad sets.
Before launching our Meta Ads, we put a lot of effort into research and analysis concerning the target group. Following this groundwork, we began the campaign creation. This meant primarily creating the ads, including the visuals and copy. We paid close attention to this process since the ads are the foundation for any campaign performance.
Ongoing improvements.
Using insights from our seasonality analysis, we focused the campaign on specific geographic targets. We further optimised this targeting strategy as the campaign gathered more data.
Subsequently, we also conducted A/B testing to fine-tune both the copy and visual components of the ads.
